Refund Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our educational services. If you're not satisfied with your consultation within 7 days of the service date, you may request a full refund of your service fee.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for paid consultations and educational packages within 7 calendar days of service completion. Free initial consultations (30-minute assessments) are not eligible for refunds as they are complimentary introductory services.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@greenebeauty.world or +1-415-892-7534 with your service date, payment confirmation, and reason for the refund request. Provide this information within 7 days of your service.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable: completed consultations beyond the 7-day window, digital materials and guides after download or delivery, group workshops or team programs after completion.

6. Cancellation of Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

7. Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up consultations included in a package are eligible for refund only if the package is cancelled within the 7-day guarantee period. After that, cancellation of follow-ups follows our 48-hour cancellation policy above.

8. Digital Products

Downloadable guides and materials (PDF checklists, routine cards, reference documents) are non-refundable after delivery, as they are immediately accessible and consumable digital goods.

9. Team & Organizational Programs

Custom team programs may have different terms. Refund eligibility for organizational contracts is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be specified in your service agreement.
